DNA甲基化是一种发生在DNA序列上的甲基化修饰,可以在转录及细胞分裂前后稳定地遗传.近年来研究发现,DNA甲基化能够受到环境因素的影响,而且DNA甲基化又与冠心病发生发展过程有关.本文就DNA甲基化与冠心病生物标记物的关系,DNA甲基化与冠心病主要病因(动脉粥样硬化)的关系以及DNA甲基化与冠心病致病基因的关系进行了系统的综述分析,并讨论了目前冠心病表观遗传学研究存在的问题,最后探讨了进一步的研究方向.
DNA甲基化是一種髮生在DNA序列上的甲基化脩飾,可以在轉錄及細胞分裂前後穩定地遺傳.近年來研究髮現,DNA甲基化能夠受到環境因素的影響,而且DNA甲基化又與冠心病髮生髮展過程有關.本文就DNA甲基化與冠心病生物標記物的關繫,DNA甲基化與冠心病主要病因(動脈粥樣硬化)的關繫以及DNA甲基化與冠心病緻病基因的關繫進行瞭繫統的綜述分析,併討論瞭目前冠心病錶觀遺傳學研究存在的問題,最後探討瞭進一步的研究方嚮.

DNA methylation is a chemical modification with methyl,occurring in the DNA sequence.It can be inherited steadily before or after the transcription and the cell division.Recent studies demonstrated that DNA methylation is mediated by some environmental factors,and it is involved in the pathogenic process of coronary artery disease.This paper systematically reviews the relationships between DNA methylation and the biomarkers of coronary artery disease,the relationships between DNA methylation and the primary etiology of coronary artery disease,i.e.atherosclerosis,and the relationships between DNA methylation and the pathogenic genes of coronary artery disease.In addition,the problems related to the current epigenetic studies for coronary heart disease are also addressed.Finally,directions for future studies to unravel the relationship between DNA methylation and coronary artery disease are discussed.
