目的:本文利用裂解气相色谱质谱法建立了马钱子的裂解指纹谱图。方法考察了裂解温度对主要色谱峰及其相对含量的影响。结果确定了马钱子的最佳裂解温度为500℃,十种主要裂解产物的RSD<8%,其中马钱子的特征化合物士的宁碱和番木鳖碱RSD分别是4.3%,2.2%。六种不同批号样品的指纹谱图重叠率在90%以上。结论该方法对鉴别马钱子药材具有快速、简便、准确的特点。

목적:본문이용렬해기상색보질보법건립료마전자적렬해지문보도。방법고찰료렬해온도대주요색보봉급기상대함량적영향。결과학정료마전자적최가렬해온도위500℃,십충주요렬해산물적RSD<8%,기중마전자적특정화합물사적저감화번목별감RSD분별시4.3%,2.2%。륙충불동비호양품적지문보도중첩솔재90%이상。결론해방법대감별마전자약재구유쾌속、간편、준학적특점。
Objective In this paper, we established the fingerprint spectrum of Chinese medicinal herb nux-vomica. Methods By using pyrolysis-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and presented effect of pyrolysis temperature on the main pyrolysates and relative contents. Results Proved that the optimum pyrolysis temperature of nux vomica was 500℃, and RSD of main pyrolysis products was below 8%. The RSD of strychnine and brucine from nux-vomica characteristic compounds are 4.3%, 2.2%, respectively. The overlap rate of six sample fingerprint spectrums from different batch number was more than 90%. Conclusion The method is rapid, simple, and accurate.
