目的：探讨确诊老年糖尿病患者降糖过快诱发心血管疾病的表现及疗效。方法对我院收治的34例老年糖尿病患者降糖时产生的心血管疾病相关资料进行回顾性分析。结果34例患者均于首次应用降糖药或在降糖药调整的过程中出现心血管疾病，其中心律失常16例（47.06%），急性左心力衰竭9例（26.47%），心绞痛7例（20.59%），急性心肌梗死2例（5.88%）。结论新确诊的老年糖尿病患者如果降糖过快，容易诱发一系列心血管疾病。
목적：탐토학진노년당뇨병환자강당과쾌유발심혈관질병적표현급료효。방법대아원수치적34례노년당뇨병환자강당시산생적심혈관질병상관자료진행회고성분석。결과34례환자균우수차응용강당약혹재강당약조정적과정중출현심혈관질병，기중심률실상16례（47.06%），급성좌심력쇠갈9례（26.47%），심교통7례（20.59%），급성심기경사2례（5.88%）。결론신학진적노년당뇨병환자여과강당과쾌，용역유발일계렬심혈관질병。
Objective To explore the diagnosis of senile diabetic hypoglycemic rapidly induce clinical manifestation and treatment effect of cardiovascular disorders. Methods 34 cases of our hospital in elderly patients with diabetes hypoglycemic during cardiovascular disease related data were retrospectively analyzed. Results 34 patients are in the first applied medications or appear in the adjustment process of diabetes cardiovascular disorders, including arrhythmia in 16 cases (47.06%), acute left heart failure in 9 cases (26.47%), angina, 7 cases (20.59%), 2 cases of acute myocardial infarction (5.88%) . Conclusion New diagnosis in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus if hypoglycemic too fast, easy to induce a series of cardiovascular disease.
