目的：通过对本院超长住院日病例分析，了解超长住院日形成原因，为医疗管理部门有效缩短平均住院日提供依据。方法从2010—2013年出院患者病案首页获取资料，对其性别、年龄、费别、疾病分类进行统计分析。结果超长住院日病例以医保患者、男性患者居多，主要病种为损伤和中毒，其次是循环系统疾病。结论医疗管理部门应加强管理，合理配置资源，完善住院诊治流程，缩短平均住院日，提高医院床位利用率，减轻患者和医保部门负担，从而实现医疗资源可持续发展。
목적：통과대본원초장주원일병례분석，료해초장주원일형성원인，위의료관리부문유효축단평균주원일제공의거。방법종2010—2013년출원환자병안수혈획취자료，대기성별、년령、비별、질병분류진행통계분석。결과초장주원일병례이의보환자、남성환자거다，주요병충위손상화중독，기차시순배계통질병。결론의료관리부문응가강관리，합리배치자원，완선주원진치류정，축단평균주원일，제고의원상위이용솔，감경환자화의보부문부담，종이실현의료자원가지속발전。
Objective Through analyzing exceed long hospitalization cases in our hospital , to understand the reasons on long hospital stay day , so as to provides evidence for the medical management department to shorten the average length of stay.Methods The data is from the front page of medical records of inpatients from 2012 to 2013, where the sex, age, fee type and diseases classification were analyzed .Results Long hospitalization cases were mainly the patients with medical insurance , and the male patients.The main diseases were injury and poison-ing, followed by circulatory system diseases .Conclusion Medical management departments should strengthen the management, rationally allocate resources, improve the process of diagnosis and treatment , shorten average length of stay, improve the utilization rate of hospital beds and reduce the burden of patients and medical service depart -ments, so as to realize the sustainable development of medical resources .
