目的:优选白芍总苷回流提取工艺,用于大生产。方法以出膏率、总苷含量、芍药苷含量为指标,采用正交设计优化白芍回流提取工艺参数,考察提取溶剂、溶剂量、提取时间对白芍总苷提取的影响,并采用中试规模设备对优选的提取工艺进行产业化验证。结果最佳提取工艺为:12倍体积的50%乙醇回流提取两次,1 h/次。优选工艺应用于中试生产,所得白芍总苷的出膏率为17.03%,白芍总苷的含量为34.75 mg/g,芍药苷含量为26.53 mg/g。结论优选的白芍总苷回流提取工艺成本合理,所得产品纯度高,产业化稳定性、重现性好。
目的:優選白芍總苷迴流提取工藝,用于大生產。方法以齣膏率、總苷含量、芍藥苷含量為指標,採用正交設計優化白芍迴流提取工藝參數,攷察提取溶劑、溶劑量、提取時間對白芍總苷提取的影響,併採用中試規模設備對優選的提取工藝進行產業化驗證。結果最佳提取工藝為:12倍體積的50%乙醇迴流提取兩次,1 h/次。優選工藝應用于中試生產,所得白芍總苷的齣膏率為17.03%,白芍總苷的含量為34.75 mg/g,芍藥苷含量為26.53 mg/g。結論優選的白芍總苷迴流提取工藝成本閤理,所得產品純度高,產業化穩定性、重現性好。
목적:우선백작총감회류제취공예,용우대생산。방법이출고솔、총감함량、작약감함량위지표,채용정교설계우화백작회류제취공예삼수,고찰제취용제、용제량、제취시간대백작총감제취적영향,병채용중시규모설비대우선적제취공예진행산업화험증。결과최가제취공예위:12배체적적50%을순회류제취량차,1 h/차。우선공예응용우중시생산,소득백작총감적출고솔위17.03%,백작총감적함량위34.75 mg/g,작약감함량위26.53 mg/g。결론우선적백작총감회류제취공예성본합리,소득산품순도고,산업화은정성、중현성호。
ObjectiveOptimizing the total glucosides of paeony by reflux extraction process on commercialized basis.Methods For reflux extraction process, the guideline is the extract rate,the paeoniflorin and the total glucosides of paeony and orthogonal design was used to optimize the best.The effects of extraction solvent,volume of solvent and extract time on extraction yield of the total glucosides of paeony.Using pilot scale equipment to optimizing the extraction process of industrialization.ResultsThe optimum extraction process:The opthmum extraction is as follows adding 12 times of 50% ethanol,extracting two times,boiling for 1 hours each time. The optimization process is applied to pilot production,the extract rate is 17.03%,the total glucosides of paeony is 34.75 mg/g, the paeoniflorin 26.53 mg/g.ConclusionThe optimum extraction technology for total glucosides of paeony by reflux extraction process on commercialized basis cost-effective,and highly purity products,which industrialization stability and reproducibility.
