In order to solve the problem of smoke leakage of some primer, the various influence factors of smoke leakage of primer were analyzed based on the primer structure. Through using steel ball in the primer, the airtight effect was enhanced, as well as the composite protective effect of spacer was confirmed. The contrast tests aimed at smoke leakage showed the improvements were effective, and the function of primer meets the needs of requirement.
