设计了3种不同结构参数的飞片膜,基于激光驱动飞片起爆理论,进行了不同膜结构飞片的速度计算与测试,并完成了激光驱动飞片起爆HNS-IV压装药柱(ρ=1.566g/cm3)的实验,分别获得了其最低起爆阈值。结果表明实验结果与理论分析具有良好的一致性,在优化设计参数下,复合飞片起爆性能及稳定性优于单膜飞片。本研究为飞片膜的优化设计提供了参考。

In this paper, the flyer films with three structure parameters were designed, and based on theory of laser-driven flyer, the flyer velocity was calculated and tested. Meanwhile, the test of the laser-driven flyer initiating HNS-IV explosive grain(ρ=1.566g/cm3) was also carried out, from which the minimum initiation energy of the three flyer films were obtained. The study showed that the result of experiment and calculation was accordant well, the initiation property and stability of the flyer with multi-layer was super to that of single film flyer after opitimization, which provide reference for the flyer film design.
