遵照加油站照明系统的设计规范,将加油站原有的照明系统整体改造为太阳能 LED 照明系统。原有的照明光源用同等照度的 LED 灯具替代;经计算确定了太阳电池组件最佳倾角;根据合理的负载缺电率确定了太阳电池组件和蓄电池容量;采用电导增量算法实现光伏电池最大功率点跟踪;通过双向 DC/DC 变换器控制蓄电池充电电流。该太阳能 LED 照明系统与普通市电无缝自动切换,具有优异的防爆性能,优异的防护性能,显著的节电效果。

The gas station lighting system was rebuilt into solar driven LED lighting system following the gas station specific design standards.The original light source was replaced with same illuminance LED .The solar cell components’ best tilt angle was determined through careful calculation .The solar cell module and battery capacity was calculated based on the reasonable load loss probability .The maximum photovoltaic power point tracking was realized using the incremental conductance algorithm .The charging current of the battery was controlled by the bidirectional DC /DC converter.This solar LED lighting system could be automatically switched seamlessly with the general city electricity .It has excellent explosion-proof and protective performance, as well as outstanding power saving .
