为了解决大功率 LED 芯片散热问题带来的 LED 光源寿命缩短、 LED 光衰以及散热与 LED 光源体积要求之间的矛盾,分析了影响大功率白光 LED 寿命及失效的因素、当前 LED 封装形式以及光纤导光的优点,提出一种基于光纤耦合的 LED 冷光源,采用光纤耦合的方式把 LED 模组中 LED 芯片发出的蓝光经光纤传导至另一端,透过含有荧光粉的透光层后发出高亮度的白光,实现了 LED 芯片与荧光粉的隔离,不仅能避免传统一体化的 LED 因高温导致 LED 光衰、发光效率低、寿命缩短,而且能大大缩小 LED 光源的体积,促使 LED 向汽车照明等大功率照明领域发展。

This paper aims to solve the high power LED chip thermal dissipation which could lead to LED short life span, light failure and the contradiction between the heat dissipation and LED light source volume requirements.It analyzes the factors that affect the life span and light failure of the high power white LED , as well as the current LED packaging form and the advantages of fiber optic light .It proposes a LED cold light source based on optical fiber coupling .With the method of optical fiber coupling , the blue light transmits through the optical fiber to the other end , transforms into high brightness white light by passing through the euphotic layer containing phosphors .The segregation between LED chip and phosphor , can not only avoid LED light failure, low luminous efficiency and short life of the integration of the traditional LED caused by high temperature, but also greatly reduce the volume of the LED light source , which will prompt the development of LED to high power lighting field such as the car lighting .
