目的:根据皮肤粘弹性应用皮肤伸展技术在小腿软组织缺损伴胫骨外露临床应用的可行性及疗效。方法2010年以来,采用克氏针、牵引带(钢丝、橡皮管等)行皮肤伸展,修复软组织缺损胫骨骨外露共27例。软组织缺损范围长×宽:2.5 cm×2.0 cm~15.0 cm×8.0 cm。结果皮肤伸展术能使15.0 cm×8.0 cm以内的小腿软组织缺损伴胫骨外露在72 h内闭合伤口,平均36 h,皮肤愈合时间12~16天。27例术后创面均Ⅰ期愈合,无感染、皮缘坏死,末梢血供及感觉均正常;愈合时间12~16天,平均14天。27例均获6个月随访,外观与功能恢复良好。结论皮肤伸展技术治疗小腿软组织缺损伴胫骨外露效果较好。简单,经济,有效,操作简便,并发症少。我们认为值得在临床推广应用。
目的:根據皮膚粘彈性應用皮膚伸展技術在小腿軟組織缺損伴脛骨外露臨床應用的可行性及療效。方法2010年以來,採用剋氏針、牽引帶(鋼絲、橡皮管等)行皮膚伸展,脩複軟組織缺損脛骨骨外露共27例。軟組織缺損範圍長×寬:2.5 cm×2.0 cm~15.0 cm×8.0 cm。結果皮膚伸展術能使15.0 cm×8.0 cm以內的小腿軟組織缺損伴脛骨外露在72 h內閉閤傷口,平均36 h,皮膚愈閤時間12~16天。27例術後創麵均Ⅰ期愈閤,無感染、皮緣壞死,末梢血供及感覺均正常;愈閤時間12~16天,平均14天。27例均穫6箇月隨訪,外觀與功能恢複良好。結論皮膚伸展技術治療小腿軟組織缺損伴脛骨外露效果較好。簡單,經濟,有效,操作簡便,併髮癥少。我們認為值得在臨床推廣應用。
목적:근거피부점탄성응용피부신전기술재소퇴연조직결손반경골외로림상응용적가행성급료효。방법2010년이래,채용극씨침、견인대(강사、상피관등)행피부신전,수복연조직결손경골골외로공27례。연조직결손범위장×관:2.5 cm×2.0 cm~15.0 cm×8.0 cm。결과피부신전술능사15.0 cm×8.0 cm이내적소퇴연조직결손반경골외로재72 h내폐합상구,평균36 h,피부유합시간12~16천。27례술후창면균Ⅰ기유합,무감염、피연배사,말소혈공급감각균정상;유합시간12~16천,평균14천。27례균획6개월수방,외관여공능회복량호。결론피부신전기술치료소퇴연조직결손반경골외로효과교호。간단,경제,유효,조작간편,병발증소。아문인위치득재림상추엄응용。
Objective To observe the skin stretch properties in the applications of leg soft tissue defect in the tibia bone exposed the feasibility and clinical effect.Methods Since 2010,The use kirschner wire、traction belt(steel wire, rubber hose, etc.) line stretching of the skin. To repair soft tissue defect in the tibia bone exposed a total of 27 cases. Soft tissue defect range Long×wide: 2.5 cm×2.0 cm~15.0 cm×8.0cm.Results Skin stretch Can make 15.0cm×8.0cm Within the Leg soft tissue defect in the tibia bone exposed A closed wound within 72 hours. An average of 36 hours, Skin healing time 12~16 days. An average of 14 days. 27 cases of 6 months follow-up, Appearance and function recovered well.Conclusion Skin stretch for leg soft tissue defect in the tibia bone exposed to repair effect is good. Simple, economic, effective, simple operation, less complications. We think that is worth popularizing in clinical application.
