比较了 LED 排列方式以及匀光板对植物培养箱内辐射照度分布均匀性的影响。在培养箱内安装了四种LED 面光源:灯珠环形排列无匀光板(H0)、灯珠环形排列有匀光板(H1)、灯珠矩形排列无匀光板(J0)以及灯珠矩形排列有匀光板(J1)。然后采用太阳分光辐射计(S-2441型)测量培养箱内72×6=432个测试点的辐射照度值,即每层受光面72个点,共6层。四个实验组各水平受光面的辐射照度均匀性采用标准差计算,其结果是:J1(1.004)<J0(1.308)<H1(2.149)<H0(2.608);四个实验组在垂直方向采用辐射照度梯度(斜率)来计算,其结果是: J1(1.066)<J0(1.353)<H1(1.737)<H0(1.783)。结果表明:(1)矩形排列均匀性优于环形排列,因为 J1、 J0在水平方向的辐射照度变化小,在垂直方向辐射照度变化梯度也小;(2)匀光板可以在一定程度提高均匀性,但也降低了辐射照度值。提供了一种将光合有效辐射照度转换成光合光量子通量密度的计算方法。

비교료 LED 배렬방식이급균광판대식물배양상내복사조도분포균균성적영향。재배양상내안장료사충LED 면광원:등주배형배렬무균광판(H0)、등주배형배렬유균광판(H1)、등주구형배렬무균광판(J0)이급등주구형배렬유균광판(J1)。연후채용태양분광복사계(S-2441형)측량배양상내72×6=432개측시점적복사조도치,즉매층수광면72개점,공6층。사개실험조각수평수광면적복사조도균균성채용표준차계산,기결과시:J1(1.004)<J0(1.308)<H1(2.149)<H0(2.608);사개실험조재수직방향채용복사조도제도(사솔)래계산,기결과시: J1(1.066)<J0(1.353)<H1(1.737)<H0(1.783)。결과표명:(1)구형배렬균균성우우배형배렬,인위 J1、 J0재수평방향적복사조도변화소,재수직방향복사조도변화제도야소;(2)균광판가이재일정정도제고균균성,단야강저료복사조도치。제공료일충장광합유효복사조도전환성광합광양자통량밀도적계산방법。
This paper studies the influence of LED arrangement and uniform plate on the irradiance uniformity of LED lights in Plant Growth Chamber .The LED lights in the research are designed in 4 kinds:oval-shape arrangement without uniform plate (H0), oval-shape arrangement with uniform plate (H1), rectangular arrangement without uniform plate (J0) and rectangular arrangement with uniform plate (J1). Then it measured the irradiance of 72 ×6 =432 spatial points (6 layers and 72 points in each layer) in the plant growth chamber by Sun Spectroradiometer (S-2441).The standard deviation of the horizontal plane ’ s irradiation in the four experimental groups: J0 ( 1.004 ) <J1 ( 1.308 ) <H0 (2.149 ) <H1 (2.608); and the slope of irradiance in the vertical direction : J0 (1.066) <J1 (1.353) <H0 (1.737) <H1 (1.783).The results shows: 1) the rectangular arranged LED Lights are more uniform for samller standard deviation and slope ; 2) Uniform plate can improve uniformity in some degree , but it reduces the irradiance.Finally this paper also provides a method of converting the illumination of Photosynthetic Active Radiation to Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density .
