目的：观察大清生物纸在剖宫产术中应用具有杀菌消炎作用。方法：随机抽取样本：近期（2013.06至今）我科剖宫产分娩患者术中应用大清生物纸患者100例，未使用大清生物纸患者100例。观察患者术后体温、血象、中性粒细胞比率、住院时间。结果：剖宫产术中使用大清生物纸患者比未使用患者术后体温(T)偏低（P<0.05）、血象(WBC)偏低（P<0.05）、中性粒细胞比率(N%)偏低（P<0.05）、住院时间缩短（P<0.05）。结论：大清生物纸在剖宫产术中应用，具有一定的杀菌消炎作用。

목적：관찰대청생물지재부궁산술중응용구유살균소염작용。방법：수궤추취양본：근기（2013.06지금）아과부궁산분면환자술중응용대청생물지환자100례，미사용대청생물지환자100례。관찰환자술후체온、혈상、중성립세포비솔、주원시간。결과：부궁산술중사용대청생물지환자비미사용환자술후체온(T)편저（P<0.05）、혈상(WBC)편저（P<0.05）、중성립세포비솔(N%)편저（P<0.05）、주원시간축단（P<0.05）。결론：대청생물지재부궁산술중응용，구유일정적살균소염작용。
Objective: Observe the bacteriocidation and anti-inflammation effects of Dasting bio-paper when used for cesarean delivery. Methods: Random drawing of samples: 100 patients who have recently ( June 2013 up to now) used Dasting bio-paper during cesarean delivery in our department and 100 patients who haven’ t used Dasting bio-paper during this period. Observation was made on postoperative body temperature, hemogram, neutrophil ratio and hospital stays of patients. Results:Compared with patients who haven’t used Dasting bio-paper paper during cesarean delivery, those who have used Dasting bio-paper have lower body temperature (P<0.05) , lower hemogram ( WBC) (P<0.05) , lower neutrophil ratio (N%) (P<0.05) , and shorter hospital stays (D) (P<0.05) .Conclusion:When used in cesarean delivery, Dasting bio-paper has certain effect on bacteriocidation and anti-inflammation.
