目的:探究乌司他丁、羟乙基淀粉对保护肠黏膜控制内毒素(ET)通过通透性增强的肠壁进入循环血液的作用。方法健康雄性大鼠85只,随机分为正常对照组(Ⅰ组,n=5)、重度休克组(Ⅱ组,n=40)、羟乙基淀粉乌司他丁干预重度休克复苏组(Ⅲ组,n=40),后两组又分为5个时相点,即1h、2h、4h、8h、16h,各时间点8只大鼠。采用比色法检测二胺氧化酶(DAO)表达变化。采用光度法检测ET表达变化。结果Ⅲ组从复苏开始DAO含量即较Ⅱ组低近1倍,而且8hⅡ组达到了最高峰,而Ⅲ组却急速下降。两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。各组内不同时间点之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅲ组的血清ET于1h时虽然较正常含量仍高出34倍之多,但较Ⅱ组要低近1倍,至16h时几乎接近了正常含量,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。各组内不同时间点之间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ET、DAO含量测定是判断小肠通透性改变的敏感性指标。羟乙基淀粉乌司它丁对于降低重度创伤-失血性休克后大鼠血中ET、DAO含量具有显著性效果。

목적:탐구오사타정、간을기정분대보호장점막공제내독소(ET)통과통투성증강적장벽진입순배혈액적작용。방법건강웅성대서85지,수궤분위정상대조조(Ⅰ조,n=5)、중도휴극조(Ⅱ조,n=40)、간을기정분오사타정간예중도휴극복소조(Ⅲ조,n=40),후량조우분위5개시상점,즉1h、2h、4h、8h、16h,각시간점8지대서。채용비색법검측이알양화매(DAO)표체변화。채용광도법검측ET표체변화。결과Ⅲ조종복소개시DAO함량즉교Ⅱ조저근1배,이차8hⅡ조체도료최고봉,이Ⅲ조각급속하강。량조비교차이유현저성(P<0.01)。각조내불동시간점지간비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。Ⅲ조적혈청ET우1h시수연교정상함량잉고출34배지다,단교Ⅱ조요저근1배,지16h시궤호접근료정상함량,량조비교차이유현저성(P<0.01)。각조내불동시간점지간비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론 ET、DAO함량측정시판단소장통투성개변적민감성지표。간을기정분오사타정대우강저중도창상-실혈성휴극후대서혈중ET、DAO함량구유현저성효과。
Objective To explore the effect of ulinastatin,hydroxyethyl starch on the protection of intestinal mucosal permeability.Methods Choose healthy male SD rats - 85 only normal control Group(divided into two groups at random,Ⅰ- Group,n=5),severe shock Group (Group~Ⅱ,n=40),Hydroxyethyl Starch andΜLinastain for injection intervention severe shock to recovery Group(Group~Ⅲ,n=40),hind two groups and divided into five time phase point,namely 1h,2h,4h,8h,16h,each time points,eight rats. Results Group III from recovery to begin DAO levels than group II nearly 1 times lower,and 8h II group reached its peak,and group III was falling rapidly. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01). Between different time points in each group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The serum ET III group in 1H was normal in content is still as much as 34 times higher than in group II,but lower than the nearly 1 times,to 16h is close to a normal content. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01). Between different time points in each group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Determination of the content of ET,DAO is to determine the sensitivity of intestinal permeability change index. The effects of hydroxyethyl starch it Ding to reduce severe traumatic hemorrhagic shock ET,DAO content in the blood of the rats after significant effect.
