针对广东地区在重载交通下易出现的沥青路面裂缝、坑槽、唧泥、车辙等早期损坏,特别是长大陡坡段的路面车辙等病害,尝试采用碾压混凝土刚性基层沥青路面结构,以期解决广东地区重载交通作用下的路面耐久性问题。基于碾压混凝土基层的耐久性沥青路面结构,与传统意义上的RCC+AC复合式路面,以及旧水泥混凝土路面加铺沥青面层等结构在材料特性和受力情况等方面较为相似,但又各具特性。因此,通过在借鉴这些路面结构的应力分析理论和方法的基础上,根据碾压混凝土基层耐久性沥青路面结构的特点,对优质碾压混凝土基层施工难点、关键控制点进行进一步研究,从而不断积累经验和提高碾压混凝土路面基层的施工质量。

Asphalt pavement cracks and potholes,pumping mud,rutting damage,especially long steep slope section of pavement rutting disease are frequently occurred under heavy traffic in Guangdong area,trying to adopt rigid base asphalt pavement structure of RCC,in order to solve the Guangdong area overloading traffic under the action of the durability of the pavement.Based on the rolling of the durability of the concrete base asphalt pave-ment structure,and in the traditional sense of the RCC+AC composite pavement,and the old cement concrete pavement overlay asphalt layer structure in such aspects as material characteristic and the stress distribution is relatively similar,but each has its features.Therefore,this study in reference to the stress analysis of pavement structure,on the basis of the theory and method,according to the characteristics of the roller compacted concrete durability of asphalt pavement structure at the grass-roots level,the construction difficulties and key control points for the quality of roller compacted concrete base have been further researched,so as to accumulate experi-ence and improve the construction quality of roller compacted concrete pavement base.
