笔者以人权分析的视角出发，从消费者权利和人权的关系入手，剖析了当今从人权角度研究消费者权利的主流观点，在人权的视角下重新解读消费者权利。提出消费者权利和人权所追求的内在价值目标是统一的，两者具有极强的相互依赖性。并试图对消费者权利在人权体系中进行重新定位，认为消费者权利是人权体系中的“经济和社会权利”。同时，本文提出了在经济全球化背景下，消费者权利在人权保护语境下的趋同趋势。

From the perspective of human rights and the relationship of consumer rights and human rights ,this article analyzes the current mainstream opinions in the research of consumer rights and reinter‐prets consumers'right from the angle of human right .It put forwards the idea that the intrinsic value of consumer rights and human rights are economic and social rights in human rights system .In addition ,this paper illustrates the convergent trend of consumers'rights in the context of human rights protection under the background of economic globalization .
