针对目前大功率 LED 前照灯散热困难等问题,运用 Pro/E 设计了一款风冷散热形式的 LED 前照灯模型,并运用 ANSYS 仿真分析得出其在不同对流状态条件下的温度场分布。同时搭建实验平台进行 LED 前照灯温度试验测试,试验研究发现 LED 结温始终能控制在80℃以下,此散热模型的 LED 前照灯能很好地满足散热要求,有效的解决了 LED 前照灯的散热问题。

침대목전대공솔 LED 전조등산열곤난등문제,운용 Pro/E 설계료일관풍랭산열형식적 LED 전조등모형,병운용 ANSYS 방진분석득출기재불동대류상태조건하적온도장분포。동시탑건실험평태진행 LED 전조등온도시험측시,시험연구발현 LED 결온시종능공제재80℃이하,차산열모형적 LED 전조등능흔호지만족산열요구,유효적해결료 LED 전조등적산열문제。
In the view of heat dissipation problems of high power LED lamp , a cooling form of LED car headlamps was designed.Temperature field distribution in different convection conditions is obtained by ANSYS simulation analysis.At the same time, the experiment platform is set up for temperature test of LED car headlamps, the LED junction temperature can be controlled under 80 ℃ in the experiment.It shows that the radiation model of LED headlamp can meet the cooling requirements well .It can solve the problem of heat dissipation in LED car headlamps .
