目的：分析老年慢性心衰采取社区综合性干预的疗效。方法选取2011年8月～2013年11月在我社区患有老年慢性心衰的患者一共有108例，随机分为研究组、对照组，对照组对患者采取常规治疗，研究组在此基础之上采取社区综合性干预，对研究组与对照组临床疗效给予分析研究。结果研究组临床治疗总体有效率明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）；临床干预以后，研究组患者生活质量各维度干预得分明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论老年慢性心衰患者采取社区综合性干预，不但可以使疗效明显提高，同时还可以使患者生活质量进一步提高，具有临床推广价值。
목적：분석노년만성심쇠채취사구종합성간예적료효。방법선취2011년8월～2013년11월재아사구환유노년만성심쇠적환자일공유108례，수궤분위연구조、대조조，대조조대환자채취상규치료，연구조재차기출지상채취사구종합성간예，대연구조여대조조림상료효급여분석연구。결과연구조림상치료총체유효솔명현우우대조조（P＜0.05）；림상간예이후，연구조환자생활질량각유도간예득분명현저우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론노년만성심쇠환자채취사구종합성간예，불단가이사료효명현제고，동시환가이사환자생활질량진일보제고，구유림상추엄개치。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of community comprehensive intervention in treatment of elderly chronic heart failure.Methods Selected 108 case of patients with elderly chronic heart failure in our hospital from August 2011 to November 2013, they were divided into control group and observation group randomly, the control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received community comprehensive intervention on basis of control group, then compared the curative effect of two groups.Results The clinical effect of observation group was better than control group (P<0.05). The intervention scores of life quality of observation group were lower than control group after intervention.Conclusion Taking the community comprehensive interventionto elderly patients with chronic heart failure can not only improve the curative effect obviously, but also improve the further life quality, which has clinical value.
