Ramp A bridge of a Guangdong Expressway was rated Type Three structures through regular detec-tion,how to reinforce the bridge and improve the bearing capacity of the bridge has become the primary task of bridge operation authority.In this paper,being based on reinforcement practice of the bridge,the reinforcement technology of external prestressing has been introduced,and the effect of application of external prestressing rein-forcement technology has been tested through the load test.
