新旧混凝土接触面的处理,通常采用人工凿毛和机械凿毛方法,近几年水洗凿毛的工艺在工程界广为应用,并取得良好效果。预制小箱梁翼缘板、端横隔板及梁端等部位的新旧混凝土结合面采用水洗凿毛进行处理,通过缓凝剂延缓混凝土表面水泥的水化和凝结,拆模后经冲洗和刷除使混凝土表面达到粗糙效果。经过实际工程预制箱梁的现场试用,取得了较为理想的凿毛效果,解决了传统凿毛方法的质量通病。
新舊混凝土接觸麵的處理,通常採用人工鑿毛和機械鑿毛方法,近幾年水洗鑿毛的工藝在工程界廣為應用,併取得良好效果。預製小箱樑翼緣闆、耑橫隔闆及樑耑等部位的新舊混凝土結閤麵採用水洗鑿毛進行處理,通過緩凝劑延緩混凝土錶麵水泥的水化和凝結,拆模後經遲洗和刷除使混凝土錶麵達到粗糙效果。經過實際工程預製箱樑的現場試用,取得瞭較為理想的鑿毛效果,解決瞭傳統鑿毛方法的質量通病。
신구혼응토접촉면적처리,통상채용인공착모화궤계착모방법,근궤년수세착모적공예재공정계엄위응용,병취득량호효과。예제소상량익연판、단횡격판급량단등부위적신구혼응토결합면채용수세착모진행처리,통과완응제연완혼응토표면수니적수화화응결,탁모후경충세화쇄제사혼응토표면체도조조효과。경과실제공정예제상량적현장시용,취득료교위이상적착모효과,해결료전통착모방법적질량통병。
As artificial chiseling method and mechanical chiseling method have been normally used for the con-tact surfaces between new and old concrete,while in recent years,water chiseling method has been widely used and achieved good results.In this project,water chiseling method has been used for the new and old concrete surfaces of flange plate,transverse diaphragm and beam ends of the precast little box girder,with retarder to re-tard the hydration and condensation of the concrete surface and with water chiseling method to obtain rough sur-face effect.Through site tests,ideal results have been reached for the chiseling surface,which has solved the common quality problems by traditional chiseling method.
