目的：探讨血清 ca199表达与肝内外胆管结石的相关性。方法选取我院收治的136例肝内外胆管结石患者作为观察组，另选取同期在我院进行健康体检的120例健康者作为对照组，对两组患者的血清肝酶、胆红素、ca199水平进行检测、比较。结果观察组患者的 ca199、dBil、tBil、alt、alP、ast、GGt 水平均显著高于对照组， P<0.05，差异均具有统计学意义；观察组患者的 GGt、alP、dBil、tBil 水平均与血清 ca199水平呈正相关，r 值分别为0.440、0.420、0.367、0.342，P 均<0.05。血清 ca199与 ast、alt 水平无显著相关性，r 值分别为0.139、0.215， P 均>0.05。结论与正常人相比，肝内外胆管结石患者的血清 ca199水平明显偏高，血清 ca199的表达与肝酶及胆红素水平有着密切相关性。

목적：탐토혈청 ca199표체여간내외담관결석적상관성。방법선취아원수치적136례간내외담관결석환자작위관찰조，령선취동기재아원진행건강체검적120례건강자작위대조조，대량조환자적혈청간매、담홍소、ca199수평진행검측、비교。결과관찰조환자적 ca199、dBil、tBil、alt、alP、ast、GGt 수평균현저고우대조조， P<0.05，차이균구유통계학의의；관찰조환자적 GGt、alP、dBil、tBil 수평균여혈청 ca199수평정정상관，r 치분별위0.440、0.420、0.367、0.342，P 균<0.05。혈청 ca199여 ast、alt 수평무현저상관성，r 치분별위0.139、0.215， P 균>0.05。결론여정상인상비，간내외담관결석환자적혈청 ca199수평명현편고，혈청 ca199적표체여간매급담홍소수평유착밀절상관성。
Objective: to investigate the correlation between the expression of ca199 in serum and bile duct stones. Methods: 136 patients with hepatolithiasis patients treated in our hospital were selected as the observation group, the other 120 cases of healthy physical examination in our hospital as control group, two groups of patients with serum liver enzymes, bilirubin, ca199 levels were detected, comparison. Results: Patients with ca199, dBil, tBil, alt, alP, ast, GGt levels were significantly higher than those in the control group, the P<0.05, the differences were statistically significant; the observation group of patients with GGt, alP, dBil, tBil levels were correlated with serum ca199 levels were positively, the r values were 0.440, 0.420, 0.367, 0.342, P <0.05. No significant correlation between serum CA199 and AST, the levels of ALT, R values were 0.139, 0.215, P > 0.05. Conclusion: compared with normal people, significantly higher serum CA199 levels in patients with intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones, the expression of CA199 in serum and liver enzymes and bilirubin levels are closely related.
