目的：通过临床观察研究加减膈下逐瘀汤治疗瘀热阻络型慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床疗效，及临床药用的安全性。方法：通过对符合肝纤维化中医诊断和西医诊断依据门诊和住院就诊的患者，筛选70例病例，随机分为治疗组35例，对照组35例，治疗组口服加减膈下逐淤汤200ml，日一剂，早晚温服；对照组口服鳖甲软肝片，4片，日三次；12个月为一个疗程，观察1个月，对患者的肝纤维化指标、肝功、肝脏彩超瞬时弹性成像等进行统计分析。结果：将所得数据，通过SPSS 19.0统计分析，得出加减膈下逐瘀汤治疗肝炎后肝纤维化的疗效、改善肝脏瞬时弹性超声成像与鳖甲软肝片有明显差异（P<0.01），在临床应用中安全有效，值得推广。

목적：통과림상관찰연구가감격하축어탕치료어열조락형만성을형간염간섬유화적림상료효，급림상약용적안전성。방법：통과대부합간섬유화중의진단화서의진단의거문진화주원취진적환자，사선70례병례，수궤분위치료조35례，대조조35례，치료조구복가감격하축어탕200ml，일일제，조만온복；대조조구복별갑연간편，4편，일삼차；12개월위일개료정，관찰1개월，대환자적간섬유화지표、간공、간장채초순시탄성성상등진행통계분석。결과：장소득수거，통과SPSS 19.0통계분석，득출가감격하축어탕치료간염후간섬유화적료효、개선간장순시탄성초성성상여별갑연간편유명현차이（P<0.01），재림상응용중안전유효，치득추엄。
