为了探讨米非司酮联合米索前列醇终止妊娠的临床效果，本研究将近年来本院收治的终止妊娠的妊娠妇女100例作为本次的研究对象，按照随机原则将其分为治疗组和对照组，每组各50例，治疗组采用米非司酮联合米索前列醇终止妊娠，对照组采用膜腔注射100mg 依沙丫啶终止妊娠，观察比较两组用药到有规律宫缩时间、产程、产时产后2h出血量、妊娠物排出时间及引产成功率等指标，从而得出结论：米非司酮联合米索前列醇终止妊娠效果明显，且安全性高，操作方便，可以节省患者的费用，值得在临床实践中应用和推广。

in order to explore the clinical effect of mifepristone combined withmisoprostol for termination of pregnancy,this study will be admitted to our hospital in recent years to terminate pregnancy in 100 pregnant womenas the study object of this, according to randomly divided into thetreatment group and control group,50 cases in each group, treatment group with the use of mifepristone combined with misoprostol for termination of pregnancy,the control group used 100mg membranecavity injection of ethacridine termination of pregnancy in two groups were observed and compared to regular uterine contraction time,labor,postpartum hemorrhage, pregnancy discharge amount of 2H time and the success rate and other indicators, draws conclusion: Mifepristone combined with misoprostol for termination of pregnancy and obvious effect, and high safety,convenient operation,can save the expense of patients,is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
