为探讨柞蚕DNA的最佳提取方法，以蚕体不同发育时期的组织材料为研究对象，提取DNA后进行比较分析。结果发现，利用五龄蚕足部血液的冻存材料为样品，加入4倍提取液，抽提的DNA质量较好，且样品无需液氮研磨，减少了消化时间，提高了工作效率，节约了成本。

In order to get the best method for extraction of Tussah DNA ,this research took Antheraea pernyi's tissue mate‐rial from different periods to extract DNA and do comparative analysis .It is found that adding 4 times of extraction to cryopreserved material of foot blood from 5th instar silkworms can produce the best DNA .Without liquid nitrogen grind‐ing ,it reduces the digestion time ,improves work efficiency ,and saves cost as well .
