试验研究了不同种质基础材料和秋水仙素不同处理浓度对玉米单倍体加倍率的影响。结果表明:秋水仙素质量浓度为0?7 mg/mL浸芽8 h处理玉米单倍体的加倍效果最好,加倍率高达14?2%;秋水仙素质量浓度为0?8 mg/mL 浸芽8 h 处理的单倍体加倍率次之(11?9%)。 PH4CV × D12(26?0%)、PHB1M × D12(25?6%)、PHGJ4× D18(23?1%)和 PH6WC × D18(21?1%)的单倍体加倍率显著高于 PHB1M × PH4CV (13?3%)和PH6WC×PHGJ4(8?2%),用DH系组配基础材料选系,可显著提高玉米杂交组合单倍体加倍率。

This study was aimed to confirm effects of different germplasm bases and colchicine con?centrations on maize haploid doubling rate. The results showed that doubling rate of haploid treated with 0?7 mg/mL colchicine for 8 hours was the highest ( 14?2%) . Doubling rate of haploid treated with 0?8 mg/mL colchicine for 8 hours was second ( 11?9%) . Doubling rates of haploids from PH4CV × D12 ( 26?0%) , PHB1M × D12 ( 25?6%) , PHGJ4 × D18 ( 23?1%) and PH6WC × D18 (21?1%) were significantly higher than those of PHB1M × PH4CV (13?3%) and PH6WC × PHGJ4 (8?2%). Maize haploid doubling rate can be significantly improved by using DH line to cross base materials for new line selection.
