目的：为了了解心理干预在经尿道前列腺电切术中的应用。方法：对63例手术病人进行心理干预，设为心理干预组。另63例设为对照组，分析比较2组患者的心理状态、满意程度、术后并发症等指标的效果。结果：心理干预后病人情绪稳定，术后切口疼痛程度减轻，并发症减少，病人满意度提高。结论：做好手术病人的心理护理在稳定病人情绪，提高病人满意度和减少并发症等方面起着重要作用。
目的：為瞭瞭解心理榦預在經尿道前列腺電切術中的應用。方法：對63例手術病人進行心理榦預，設為心理榦預組。另63例設為對照組，分析比較2組患者的心理狀態、滿意程度、術後併髮癥等指標的效果。結果：心理榦預後病人情緒穩定，術後切口疼痛程度減輕，併髮癥減少，病人滿意度提高。結論：做好手術病人的心理護理在穩定病人情緒，提高病人滿意度和減少併髮癥等方麵起著重要作用。
목적：위료료해심리간예재경뇨도전렬선전절술중적응용。방법：대63례수술병인진행심리간예，설위심리간예조。령63례설위대조조，분석비교2조환자적심리상태、만의정도、술후병발증등지표적효과。결과：심리간예후병인정서은정，술후절구동통정도감경，병발증감소，병인만의도제고。결론：주호수술병인적심리호리재은정병인정서，제고병인만의도화감소병발증등방면기착중요작용。
Objective:in order to understand the application of psychological intervention in Transurethral resection. Methods:a total of 63 cases of psychological intervention in surgery patients, set up for psychological intervention group. Another 63 is set to the control group, analyzing and comparing the 2 groups were the psychological state, level of satisfaction, and other indicators of the effect of postoperative complications. Results:psychological intervention in patients after an emotional balance, postoper-ative wound pain relieved, complications, and patient satisfaction increased. Conclusion: good surgery patients ' psychological nursing in patients with stable mood, improve patient satisfaction and reduce complications, plays an important role.
