目的：探讨创伤性假性肺囊肿的CT表现及其诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析22例创伤性假性肺囊肿患者的临床资料及CT表现。结果：22例患者累及28侧肺共30个病灶，其中肺气囊肿14例，CT表现为单个或多发肺内含气囊腔，壁薄较均匀，内壁多光整；气液囊肿8例，CT表现为囊内含有积液，可见气－液平面，壁厚薄欠均匀，但内壁光整；1个月内复查CT肺内的含气或气液囊肿均有不同程度吸收变小。22例患者均伴有不同程度的胸部其他损伤，其中肺挫伤9例，肋骨骨折5例，胸腔积液15例，气胸7例，皮下气肿2例。结论：创伤性假性肺囊肿的CT表现具有一定的特征性，结合病史可确立诊断，能为临床制定治疗方案以及了解病情提供非常有意义的参考依据。
목적：탐토창상성가성폐낭종적CT표현급기진단개치。방법：회고성분석22례창상성가성폐낭종환자적림상자료급CT표현。결과：22례환자루급28측폐공30개병조，기중폐기낭종14례，CT표현위단개혹다발폐내함기낭강，벽박교균균，내벽다광정；기액낭종8례，CT표현위낭내함유적액，가견기－액평면，벽후박흠균균，단내벽광정；1개월내복사CT폐내적함기혹기액낭종균유불동정도흡수변소。22례환자균반유불동정도적흉부기타손상，기중폐좌상9례，륵골골절5례，흉강적액15례，기흉7례，피하기종2례。결론：창상성가성폐낭종적CT표현구유일정적특정성，결합병사가학립진단，능위림상제정치료방안이급료해병정제공비상유의의적삼고의거。
Objective:To investigate the CT manifestations and its diagnostic value of the traumatic pulmonary pseudocysts . Methods:The CT manifestations of 22 patients with traumatic pseudo cyst of lung were analyzed retrospectively .Results:In 22 cases there were 30 lesions of 28 sides.14 cases of air filled cysts ,the CT performances were a single or multiple air chambers and uniformly thin wall and inner wall finishing;8 cases of liquid and air cyst ,the CT performances were capsule of effusion ,visible air-liquid surface ,no uniform wall thickness ,but internal finishing;Followed up a month , the cysts filled with liquid and air were absorbed decrescent in all .All patients were accompanied with varying degrees of chest injury ,pulmonary contusion in 9 cases, fractured ribs in 5 cases,pleural effusion in 15 cases,pneumothorax in 7 cases, subcutaneous emphysema in 2 cases.Conclusion:Traumatic pulmonary pseudocysts have certain characteristic of CT manifestation , combined with the history may establish the diagnosis ,and can offer significant reference basis for clinical treatment as well as understanding the illness .
