目的：探讨组方雷火灸治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法采用组方雷火灸对确诊为类风湿关节炎的45例患者进行治疗，根据疗效评价标准对患者的治疗效果进行评价。结果临床缓解 5例，显效30例，有效7例，无效3 例，总有效率93.3%。结论组方雷火灸疗法对于类风湿关节炎症状的缓解有明显的辅助疗效，具有广泛应用的价值。

Objective: to investigate the therapeutic effect of rheumatoid arthritis treated withprescription thunder fire moxibustion. Methods: Using prescription thunder fire moxibustion fortreatment of 45 cases diagnosed as rheumatoid arthritis patients, according to the patients to evaluate the therapeutic effect of curative effect evaluation standard. Results:The clinicalremission in 5 cases, 30 cases markedly effective, effective 7 cases, invalid 3 cases, the total efficiency of 93.3%.
