目的：探讨钻孔引流加尿激酶溶解术治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。方法对28例高血压脑出血患者行颅骨钻孔,放置一次性颅脑外引流器，术后加尿激酶溶解残余血肿。结果28例高血压脑出血患者，按 adl 分级：i 级6例，Ⅱ级4例，Ⅲ级 8例，Ⅳ级6例；4例死亡。讨论颅骨钻孔及尿激酶溶解术治疗高血压脑出血具有手术时间短，操作简单，损伤小，疗效高，禁忌证少的特点，是一种较为理想的抢救技术，且易在基层医院推广。

목적：탐토찬공인류가뇨격매용해술치료고혈압뇌출혈적료효。방법대28례고혈압뇌출혈환자행로골찬공,방치일차성로뇌외인류기，술후가뇨격매용해잔여혈종。결과28례고혈압뇌출혈환자，안 adl 분급：i 급6례，Ⅱ급4례，Ⅲ급 8례，Ⅳ급6례；4례사망。토론로골찬공급뇨격매용해술치료고혈압뇌출혈구유수술시간단，조작간단，손상소，료효고，금기증소적특점，시일충교위이상적창구기술，차역재기층의원추엄。
Objective: to study the drilling drainage for the treatment of urokinase dissolve the curative effect of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 28 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients with skull drilling, placed outside the one-time craniocerebral drainage device, postoperative residual hematoma with urokinase dissolve. Results: 28 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients, according to the adl grading: 6 cases of grade i and grade Ⅱ 4 cases, Ⅲ level 8 cases, Ⅳ level 6 cases; 4 cases were died. Discussion: for the treatment of skull drilling and urokinase dissolve hypertension cerebral hemorrhage with shorter operation time, simple operation, less injury, high curative effect, the characteristics of few contraindications, is a kind of ideal rescue techniques, and easy in basic-level hospitals.
