目的：分析比较食管癌单纯调强放疗与同步化疗、序贯化疗的疗效。方法我院对2010年6月～2011年6月在我院住院治疗的156例食道癌患者，A组行调强放疗同期化疗，B组行单纯放疗；C组行序贯放化疗，观察三组局控率及生存率。结果 A组的生存率较B组有显著提高，但局控率没有显著性差异。A组与C组比较，无论是生存率还是局控率差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论食管癌同步化疗联合序贯化疗不仅能有效减轻患者痛苦，同时提高患者的生活质量，是一种行之有效的治疗方法，值得在临床上推广应用。
목적：분석비교식관암단순조강방료여동보화료、서관화료적료효。방법아원대2010년6월～2011년6월재아원주원치료적156례식도암환자，A조행조강방료동기화료，B조행단순방료；C조행서관방화료，관찰삼조국공솔급생존솔。결과 A조적생존솔교B조유현저제고，단국공솔몰유현저성차이。A조여C조비교，무론시생존솔환시국공솔차이균무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론식관암동보화료연합서관화료불부능유효감경환자통고，동시제고환자적생활질량，시일충행지유효적치료방법，치득재림상상추엄응용。
Objective To analysis and comparison of intensity modulated radiation therapy pure and synchronous chemotherapy, the curative effect of sequential chemotherapy.Methods Our hospital on June 2010 to June 2011 in our hospital treatment of 156 patients with esophageal cancer, intensity modulated radiation therapy group A row over the same period of chemotherapy, radiotherapy alone; group B Group C line sequential chemoradiation, observe three groups of local control rate and survival rate.Results The survival rate in group A than group B had significantly improved, but there is no significant difference between local control rate. Group A compared with group C, both survival and local control rate differences were not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Esophageal synchronous chemotherapy combined sequential chemotherapy not only can effectively relieve patients' pain and improve the life quality of patients at the same time, it is an effective treatment method, is worth popularization and application in clinic.
