Meniere’s disease%quality of life%influencing factors
[目的]调查梅尼埃病(MD)病人的生活质量状况，分析影响梅尼埃病病人生活质量的影响因素。[方法]对我院住院治疗的94例梅尼埃病病人进行横断面研究，调查工具包括一般状况人口学问卷和简明健康状况调查表(SF 36)。[结果]梅尼埃病病人 SF 36各维度评分明显低于常模；单因素分析显示梅尼埃病病人的躯体健康相关生活质量与性别、年龄、婚姻状况、病程、居住地和工作状况有关，其心理健康相关生活质量与性别、年龄、婚姻状况、病程时间、文化程度、工作状况和居住地有关；多因素回归分析显示梅尼埃病病人的躯体健康相关生活质量与性别、年龄、病程时间、工作状况有关，心理健康相关生活质量与性别、年龄、病程时间、文化程度、工作状况有关。[结论]梅尼埃病病人生活质量明显低于正常人群，性别、年龄、病程、工作状态为身体健康相关生活质量的影响因素，性别、年龄、病程、文化程度、工作状态为心理健康相关生活质量的影响因素。
[目的]調查梅尼埃病(MD)病人的生活質量狀況，分析影響梅尼埃病病人生活質量的影響因素。[方法]對我院住院治療的94例梅尼埃病病人進行橫斷麵研究，調查工具包括一般狀況人口學問捲和簡明健康狀況調查錶(SF 36)。[結果]梅尼埃病病人 SF 36各維度評分明顯低于常模；單因素分析顯示梅尼埃病病人的軀體健康相關生活質量與性彆、年齡、婚姻狀況、病程、居住地和工作狀況有關，其心理健康相關生活質量與性彆、年齡、婚姻狀況、病程時間、文化程度、工作狀況和居住地有關；多因素迴歸分析顯示梅尼埃病病人的軀體健康相關生活質量與性彆、年齡、病程時間、工作狀況有關，心理健康相關生活質量與性彆、年齡、病程時間、文化程度、工作狀況有關。[結論]梅尼埃病病人生活質量明顯低于正常人群，性彆、年齡、病程、工作狀態為身體健康相關生活質量的影響因素，性彆、年齡、病程、文化程度、工作狀態為心理健康相關生活質量的影響因素。

Objective:To investigate the status of quality of life of patients with Meniere’s disease(MD)and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 94 patients with Meniere’s disease that were accepting treat-ment in our hospital received a cross sectional survey.The investigation tools included the general condition of the demographic questionnaire and the short form(SF 36)health survey questionnaire.Results:The scores of all dimensions of SF 36 in patients with Meniere’s Disease were all lower than those of the normal standard. The single factor analysis showed that the MD patients’related quality of life of physical health was associated with the gender,age,marital status,duration of disease,place of residence and working situation.While their re-lated quality of life of mental health was associated with the gender,age,marital status,duration of disease,edu-cation level,working situation and place of residence.The multi factor regression analysis showed that the MD patients’related quality of life of physical health was associated with the gender,age,duration of disease and working situation,while their related quality of life of mental health was associated with the gender,age,dura-tion of disease,education level and working situation.Conclusion:The quality of life in patients with Meniere’s disease was obviously lower than that of normal people.The gender,age,duration of disease and working situa-tion were the influencing factors of their related quality of life of physical health.While the gender,age,duration of disease,education level and working situation were the influencing factors of their related quality of life of mental health.
