采用室内培养和SBR反应器相结合的方法分离鉴定城市污泥中的聚磷真菌,分析聚磷真菌在不同pH、温度、振荡速度和接种量下的生长状况和聚磷特性。结果表明:城市污泥中分离出的聚磷真菌在不同培养基上生长形态不同,具有较强聚磷能力,其最佳生长和聚磷条件:pH 6~7、温度约27℃、振荡速度160 r/min、接种量6%;聚磷真菌在SBR反应器中厌氧24 h,好氧48 h磷去除率最高,达到81?4%。

채용실내배양화SBR반응기상결합적방법분리감정성시오니중적취린진균,분석취린진균재불동pH、온도、진탕속도화접충량하적생장상황화취린특성。결과표명:성시오니중분리출적취린진균재불동배양기상생장형태불동,구유교강취린능력,기최가생장화취린조건:pH 6~7、온도약27℃、진탕속도160 r/min、접충량6%;취린진균재SBR반응기중염양24 h,호양48 h린거제솔최고,체도81?4%。
By combining the methods of indoor cultivation and SBR reactor, phosphorus?accumula?ting fungi in municipal sludge were separated and identified, and growth status and phosphorus?ac?cumulating characteristic of phosphorus?accumulating fungi under different pH, temperature, con?cussion speed and inoculation quantity were analyzed. Results showed that in different culture media, phosphorus?accumulating fungi isolated in municipal sludge had different growth forms and strong ability to accumulate phosphorus. Its optimal conditions of growth and phosphorus?accumula?tion were:pH between 6 and 7, temperature about 27℃, speed of concussion 160 r/min, quantity of inoculation 6%; Its rate of phosphorus removal was up to 81.4% when it was anaerobic for 24 h and aerobic for 48 h in SBR reactor. Phosphorus?accumulating fungi can be used as one alternative strain for biological phosphorus removal in municipal sludge.
