试验对菘蓝种子在不同浓度中性盐( NaCl)、碱性盐( Na2 CO3)和盐碱混合溶液( NaCl +Na2 CO3)条件下的萌发情况及生理指标进行了研究,以探求盐碱胁迫对菘蓝种子萌发的影响。结果表明:盐、碱及混合盐碱胁迫对菘蓝种子的萌发均有抑制作用,表现为发芽率、发芽势、活力指数、发芽指数均随盐碱胁迫浓度的升高而降低;胚根长、下胚轴长及胚根鲜质量等均随盐碱胁迫浓度的增大而呈下降趋势;脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量随着处理浓度的升高而显著增大,危害程度随着处理浓度的增大而加剧。3种盐处理对种子萌发的抑制程度由大到小依次为碱性盐>混合盐碱>中性盐。
試驗對菘藍種子在不同濃度中性鹽( NaCl)、堿性鹽( Na2 CO3)和鹽堿混閤溶液( NaCl +Na2 CO3)條件下的萌髮情況及生理指標進行瞭研究,以探求鹽堿脅迫對菘藍種子萌髮的影響。結果錶明:鹽、堿及混閤鹽堿脅迫對菘藍種子的萌髮均有抑製作用,錶現為髮芽率、髮芽勢、活力指數、髮芽指數均隨鹽堿脅迫濃度的升高而降低;胚根長、下胚軸長及胚根鮮質量等均隨鹽堿脅迫濃度的增大而呈下降趨勢;脯氨痠含量、丙二醛含量隨著處理濃度的升高而顯著增大,危害程度隨著處理濃度的增大而加劇。3種鹽處理對種子萌髮的抑製程度由大到小依次為堿性鹽>混閤鹽堿>中性鹽。

Effects of saline?alkali stress on seed germination of Isatis indigotica Fort were determined based on the studies of germination situation and physiological indices of Isatis indigotica Fort treated with various concentrations of neutral salt ( NaCl) , alkali salt ( Na2 CO3 ) and complex saline?alkali stress ( NaCl+Na2 CO3 ) . The results showed that germination capability of the seed of Isatis indigoti?ca Fort was inhibited under saline, alkali and complex saline?alkali stress. Germination rate, germi?nation tendency, vigor index and germination index decreased with the increase of the concentration of saline?alkali concentration stress. Radicle length, hypocotyl length and fresh radicle weight de?creased with the increase of the concentration of saline?alkali concentration stress too. Proline and malondialdehyde content increased remarkably with the increase of saline?alkali concentration. Inhib?iting effect of the three kinds of salt was Na2 CO3 solution> complex saline?alkali solution> NaCl so?lution.
