The article discusses the actual saturation algorithm of red clay;analyses the inner surface of bound water of montmorillonite particles influence of the three composition of expansive soil,and put forward the algorithm of ex-pansive soil actual saturation and void ratio;we think collapsible loess by the soil skeleton (including tiny pore)and big pore,and put forward the algorithm of the skeleton ratio,skeleton saturation and skeleton void ratio.Further,we get special soil saturation coefficient and rate of free water channel.Further,we get the method on special soil carry through the capacity of foundation soil,coulomb shear strength,rankine and coulomb earth pressure,soil slope stability calculation for atmospheric tension series.The new concept of soil mechanics takes the new concept of effective stress as the basis,and takes the atmosphere tension formula of effective stress when shear limit state as the basic formula.
