“四个全面”战略思想是以习近平为总书记的党中央领导集体自十八大以来对中国的战略布局和顶层设计，对当前和今后一个时期的核心工作指明了方向，这对于激励中华儿女树立共同理想信念、凝聚中国力量，为实现中国梦而努力奋斗具有重要的政治意义、社会意义和实践价值。“四个全面”具有科学而坚实的哲学基础，从马克思主义联系观看“四个全面”相互影响、相互制约、相互制约，是一个不可分割的有机整体；从马克思主义矛盾观看，“四个全面”即抓住了重点，又兼顾了全面，是重点论和两点论的辩证统一；从马克思主义实践观看，“四个全面”能够把实践的主体、客体和中介合理地结合起来，有利于促进生产力的解放和发展；从马克思主义社会存在与社会意识的辩证关系看，“四个全面”作为社会意识来自于中国当代的社会存在，对社会存在具有相对独立性，能够坚定中华民族的理想信念，凝聚起强大的中国力量，又必将能动地反作用于社会存在、使社会存在于全国人民的合力作用下，向着既定方向迈进。以马克思主义基本原理为指导，对“四个全面”进行哲学解读，有利于对其更加科学、深刻而全面的理解与把握，有利于转化为全国人民建设全面小康社会的强大物质力量。

"Four Comprehensively"strategy is the strategic layout and the top design by the CPC central committee with Xi Jinping as General Secretary starting from the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, which points out the core work for the current and future. It is of great political and social significance and practical value for Chinese people to set up the common ideal faith, concentrate the power of China and realize the China's dream. The strategy has a scientific and solid philosophical foundation. From the viewpoint of Marxism link idea,"Four Comprehensively"has mutual influence, mutual restriction, and mutual restriction and is an indivisible organic integrity. From the viewpoint of contradiction of Marxism, it both captures the key point and takes the overall situation into account and is the dialectical unification of focal-point theory and two-aspect theory. From the viewpoint of Marxism practice, it can combine the practice subject, object and intermediary into one reasonably and is conducive to promoting the liberation and development of productive forces. From the viewpoint of Marxism dialectical relationship between social existence and social consciousness, it comes from China contemporary social existence and is relatively independent to the social existence as a social consciousness. It can firm the ideal faith of the Chinese nation, concentrate all powerful strength of China. Moreover, it will surely react on social existence proactively and make the social existence walk towards the given direction under the action force of Chinese people. Guided by the Marxism basic principle, this paper interprets philosophically the "Four Comprehensively", which is conducive to a more scientific, profound and comprehensive understanding and grasp of the strategy and transforming it into the powerful material force for Chinese people to build a well-off society in an all-round way.
