BT 融资建设模式是 BOT 项目融资方式代表性衍生品之一，在大中非经营型基础设施建设中被广泛使用，是地方政府拓宽融资渠道、加快基础设施建设进程的有效方式。我国 BT 模式的应用近年来初步形成了一套完整模式，而大部分省份都根据实际情况对 BT 模式的应用进行了调整和固化，并出台了本地的管理办法。文中尝试对武汉 BT 模式的应用进行了分析。

BT financing construction mode was one of representative derivative modes of BOT project financing.This mode was widely used in large and medium-sized non-operating infrastructure,which was an effective way to broaden financing channels and to speed up infrastructure construction process for local governments.In recent years,BT mode initially formed a complete application mode in our country.Most provinces adjust and cure application of BT mode with the introduction of local management practices according to their actual situation.This paper attempted to analyze application of BT model in Wuhan.
