目的：观察椎旁神经阻滞联合丹皮酚磺酸钠治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效、方法和安全性。方法带状疱疹后神经痛患者50例,随机分为2组：Ⅰ组( n=25)：神经阻滞联合丹皮酚磺酸钠综合治疗；Ⅱ组(n=25)：单用神经阻滞治疗。以治疗前后VAS评分、伴随症状改善情况和合用止痛药物情况综合评价治疗效果。结果Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组治疗前的 VAS 评分分别为8．92±0．76、8．52±1．05,治疗后1~3周,VAS 评分分别为3．24±0．78、2．64±0．49、1．28±0．79,5．08±0．64、4．12±0．78、3．12±0．67,VAS评分均明显降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．05),与Ⅱ组比较,Ⅰ组VAS评分下降程度更为明显(P<0．05),症状明显改善且未出现不良反应(P<0．05),合用止痛药物次数明显减少。结论椎旁神经阻滞联合丹皮酚磺酸钠综合治疗,对缓解带状疱疹后神经痛及改善神经症状,疗效显著而安全。
목적：관찰추방신경조체연합단피분광산납치료대상포진후신경통적료효、방법화안전성。방법대상포진후신경통환자50례,수궤분위2조：Ⅰ조( n=25)：신경조체연합단피분광산납종합치료；Ⅱ조(n=25)：단용신경조체치료。이치료전후VAS평분、반수증상개선정황화합용지통약물정황종합평개치료효과。결과Ⅰ조、Ⅱ조치료전적 VAS 평분분별위8．92±0．76、8．52±1．05,치료후1~3주,VAS 평분분별위3．24±0．78、2．64±0．49、1．28±0．79,5．08±0．64、4．12±0．78、3．12±0．67,VAS평분균명현강저,여치료전비교차이유통계학의의(P<0．05),여Ⅱ조비교,Ⅰ조VAS평분하강정도경위명현(P<0．05),증상명현개선차미출현불량반응(P<0．05),합용지통약물차수명현감소。결론추방신경조체연합단피분광산납종합치료,대완해대상포진후신경통급개선신경증상,료효현저이안전。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of paravertebral nerve block combined with sodium paeonol sulfate on the postherpetic neuralgia(PHN). Methods Fifty patients suffering from PHN were selected. The patients were randomly divided into two groups : group Ⅰ(n=25) received nerve block combined with sodium pae-onol sulfate,groupⅡ(n=25) was given nerve block. The clinical efficacy was evaluated before and after treatment by visual analogue scale ( VAS) ,improvement of simultaneous phenomenon and application of analgesic drug. Results VAS of groupⅠand group Ⅱ were 8. 92 ± 0. 76 and 8. 52 ± 1. 05 respectively before treatment,the VAS at one week, two weeks,three weeks after treatment were 3. 24 ± 0. 78,2. 64 ± 0. 49,1. 28 ± 0. 79 and 5. 08 ± 0. 64,4. 12 ± 0. 78, 3. 12 ± 0. 67 respectively. VAS significantly decreased after treatment (P<0. 05),there were sighificant differences be-tween the two groups(P<0. 05),and symptoms of groupⅠimproved markedly without apparent adverse reactions(P<0. 05) ,the number of times of analgesic drug use in groupⅠsignificantly decreased compared with group Ⅱ. Conclu-sion The clinical effect of paravertebral nerve block combined with sodium paeonol sulfate is efficient on relief of PHN and symptoms of neuropathy with high safety.
