目的：本文主要探讨妊娠合并甲状腺功能亢进症对妊娠结局及新生儿的临床影响。方法：在我院2014年1月至12月所收治的产妇中选取90例作为研究对象，其中包括30例健康产妇、30例进行针对性治疗的妊娠合并甲状腺功能亢进症产妇以及30例未接受治疗的妊娠合并甲状腺功能亢进症产妇，比较三组产妇的妊娠结局和新生儿情况。结果：未接受治疗的妊娠合并甲状腺功能亢进症产妇在妊娠结局和新生儿结局等方面均优于其他两组产妇，P<0.05，具有统计学意义。结论：对于妊娠合并甲状腺功能亢进症产妇而言，进行针对性治疗，有助于改善产妇的妊娠结局，最大限度的减少母婴并发症的发生，具有一定的应用价值和治疗优势，值得大力推广使用。

Objective: this paper focuses on pregnancy complicated with hyperthyroidism clinical impact on the outcome of pregnancy and newborn. Methods:women admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 90 cases were chosen as the object of study, which included 30 healthy maternity, for treatment of 30 cases of maternal hyperthyroidism during pregnancy and did not receive treatment for 30 cases of pregnancy complicated with hyperthyroidism: maternal, compared three groups of pregnancy outcomes maternal and neonatal conditions. Results:for treatment of hyperthyroidism in pregnancy with maternal and neonatal outcomes in pregnancy outcomes are better than the other two groups, P<0. 05, with statistical significance. Conclu-sion: maternal hyperthyroidism during pregnancy, targeted treatment, helps to improve maternal pregnancy outcomes, minimize the occurrence of maternal and infant complications and has some value and therapeutic advantages, and vigorously promote the use of it.
