目的：探讨临床药师在肺间质纤维化患者治疗中的作用。方法临床药师参与2例肺间质纤维化患者的诊疗，提供药学监护，在医生应用新型抗肺纤维化药物治疗时提出药学建议。结果临床药师利用药学专业特长参与肺间质纤维化患者的诊疗，有效协助临床诊疗。结论临床药师应参与肺间质纤维化患者的诊疗，为医生合理应用抗肺纤维化药物提供帮助。
목적：탐토림상약사재폐간질섬유화환자치료중적작용。방법림상약사삼여2례폐간질섬유화환자적진료，제공약학감호，재의생응용신형항폐섬유화약물치료시제출약학건의。결과림상약사이용약학전업특장삼여폐간질섬유화환자적진료，유효협조림상진료。결론림상약사응삼여폐간질섬유화환자적진료，위의생합리응용항폐섬유화약물제공방조。
Objective To investigate the role of the clinical pharmacists in the treatment of patients with pul-monary fibrosis. Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in the diagnosis and treatment of 2 patients with pulmona-ry interstitial fibrosis,gave pharmaceutical care,and proposed advices of novel medication of anti-pulmonary fibrosis for clinical physicians. Results Clinical pharmacists participated in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with interstitial lung disease by the pharmacy specialty,effectively assisted clinical staffs with diagnosis and treatment. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists should participate in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with interstitial lung disease,propose advices of novel medication of anti-pulmonary fibrosis for clinical physicians.
