目的：总结、探讨大型健康体检工作中存在的问题和有益的管理经验。方法：沐川县人民医院体检科通过2014年与沐川县民政局签<的合同协议，为县域内3301名孤、寡、五保户等六十岁以上的老人完成了健康体检。结果：体检的必要性及意义得到了老百姓的广泛认可。结论：居家养老服务健康体检搜集了大量无症状的病变前期数据，对我县医疗、康养提供强有力的体检资料，具有十分重要的意义和必要性。
