急性肺损伤( Acute lung injury,ALI)是由肺内外各种致伤因素引起的症状严重、发展快、病死率高的临床危重症,由内毒素引起的急性肺损伤最为常见。因此对于内毒素引起的急性肺损伤的发病机制的研究极其重要。本文就近年来国内外期刊对内毒素致急性肺损伤的发病机制进行初步论述,为进一步研究内毒素性急性肺损伤提供依据。
急性肺損傷( Acute lung injury,ALI)是由肺內外各種緻傷因素引起的癥狀嚴重、髮展快、病死率高的臨床危重癥,由內毒素引起的急性肺損傷最為常見。因此對于內毒素引起的急性肺損傷的髮病機製的研究極其重要。本文就近年來國內外期刊對內毒素緻急性肺損傷的髮病機製進行初步論述,為進一步研究內毒素性急性肺損傷提供依據。

Acute lung injury (ALI) is a severe symptom with fast development and high case fatality rate, mainly induced by lipopolysaccharide. Thus, it is very important to study the pathogenesis of ALI caused by lipopo-lysaccharide. This paper preliminarily discusses the pathogenesis on endotoxin-induced ALI by reviewing the articles in domestic and foreign periodicals,to provide the basis for further research on endotoxin-induced ALI.
