目的：研究注射用盐酸万古霉素的配伍问题。方法检索、分析近年来有关注射用盐酸万古霉素配伍禁忌的国内医药文献。结果注射用盐酸万古霉素与头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠、头孢匹胺钠等多种药物存在配伍禁忌。结论应避免将注射用盐酸万古霉素与头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠、头孢匹胺钠等药物配伍。
목적：연구주사용염산만고매소적배오문제。방법검색、분석근년래유관주사용염산만고매소배오금기적국내의약문헌。결과주사용염산만고매소여두포고동납서파탄납、두포필알납등다충약물존재배오금기。결론응피면장주사용염산만고매소여두포고동납서파탄납、두포필알납등약물배오。
Objective To study the compatibility of vancomycin hydrochloride with the other drugs. Methods Domestic medical literatures about the incompatibility of vancomycin hydrochloride were searched and analyzed. Re-sults Vancomycin hydrochloride was incompatible with cefoperazone-sulbactam,cefpiramide sodium etc. Conclusion Vancomycin hydrochloride should not be compatible with cefoperazone-sulbactam,cefpiramide sodium etc.
