目的：探讨肾康栓联合缬沙坦对糖尿病肾病蛋白尿及肾功能的疗效。方法将60例糖尿病肾病患者分为两组，第1组应用缬沙坦，第2组应用缬沙坦+肾康栓，一共30天，观察治疗前后肾功能、蛋白尿、血浆白蛋白变化。结果两组治疗结束后测血肌酐、血浆蛋白、血脂、24 h尿蛋白定量，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05），但第2组临床总有效率明显高于第1组。结论肾康栓+ARB降压药物能有效改善糖尿病肾病患者的肾功能及蛋白尿。
목적：탐토신강전연합힐사탄대당뇨병신병단백뇨급신공능적료효。방법장60례당뇨병신병환자분위량조，제1조응용힐사탄，제2조응용힐사탄+신강전，일공30천，관찰치료전후신공능、단백뇨、혈장백단백변화。결과량조치료결속후측혈기항、혈장단백、혈지、24 h뇨단백정량，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.05），단제2조림상총유효솔명현고우제1조。결론신강전+ARB강압약물능유효개선당뇨병신병환자적신공능급단백뇨。
Objective To study the effect of Shenkang bolt combined with valsartan on urinary and renal function in patients with diabetic nephropathy protein.Methods 60 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients were divided into two groups, the first group of valsartan, second group used valsartan Shenkang bolt, a total of 30 days, changes of renal function, urine protein, plasma albumin were observed before and after treatment.Results The two groups after treatment to measure serum creatinine, plasma protein, blood lipid, 24 hour urinary protein quantitative, were statistically significant (P<0.05), but the clinical total effective rates of the second groups were significantly higher than the first group.Conclusion Shenkang bolt +ARB antihypertensive drugs can effectively improve renal function in patients with diabetic nephropathy and proteinuria.
