目的：研究冠心病患者的踝臂指数，体重指数，生化指标等无创检查与冠状动脉病变狭窄程度的关系。方法：随机选择经冠状动脉造影明确诊断为冠心病的患者，根据Gensini病变积分评估冠脉病变的狭窄程度，并测定其踝臂指数、体重指数、血胱抑素c、血尿酸、胆红素、红细胞分布宽度、脂蛋白a等。结果：Gensini病变积分与踝臂指数负相关。结论：踝臂指数≤0.9对冠状动脉病变严重程度有预测价值；踝臂指数与冠状动脉最大狭窄程度呈负相关。

목적：연구관심병환자적과비지수，체중지수，생화지표등무창검사여관상동맥병변협착정도적관계。방법：수궤선택경관상동맥조영명학진단위관심병적환자，근거Gensini병변적분평고관맥병변적협착정도，병측정기과비지수、체중지수、혈광억소c、혈뇨산、담홍소、홍세포분포관도、지단백a등。결과：Gensini병변적분여과비지수부상관。결론：과비지수≤0.9대관상동맥병변엄중정도유예측개치；과비지수여관상동맥최대협착정도정부상관。
Objective: to study the ankle-brachial index in patients with coronary heart disease, body mass index, biochemical indexes and other non invasive and the relationship between severity of coronary stenosis. Method: random selection by coro-nary angiography in patients with coronary heart disease, in accordance with Gensini score assessment of severity of coronary artery stenosis, and determine the ankle-brachial index, body mass index, serum Cystatin c, serum uric acid, bilirubin, red blood cell distribution width, lipoprotein a and so on. Results: Gensini score and the ankle-brachial index are negative. Conclusion:the ankle-brachial index value prediction of severity of coronary artery lesions≤0.9;Ankle-brachial index was negatively cor-related with maximum coronary artery stenosis.
