采用水热合成法制备不同粒径的碳酸根插层水滑石(MgAl-CO3-LDHs),经过硬脂酸表面疏水改性,最终制备得到具有疏水性的层状超分子烟幕材料。利用XRD、SEM、FTIR等手段进行结构表征,并采用烟箱对其红外干扰性能进行研究。结果表明:7~10μm的层状超分子烟幕材料在3~5μm和8~14μm的红外辐射具有显著的衰减效应,经过助剂复配后衰减率可达95%以上;此外,层状超分子烟幕材料还具有非导电、易清洗、绿色环保等优点,有望成为新一代抗红外烟幕材料。

채용수열합성법제비불동립경적탄산근삽층수활석(MgAl-CO3-LDHs),경과경지산표면소수개성,최종제비득도구유소수성적층상초분자연막재료。이용XRD、SEM、FTIR등수단진행결구표정,병채용연상대기홍외간우성능진행연구。결과표명:7~10μm적층상초분자연막재료재3~5μm화8~14μm적홍외복사구유현저적쇠감효응,경과조제복배후쇠감솔가체95%이상;차외,층상초분자연막재료환구유비도전、역청세、록색배보등우점,유망성위신일대항홍외연막재료。
Using hydrothermal synthesis method, a series of calcined hydrotalcite with different size were prepared, and the layered supramolecular smoke material was obtained after surface hydrophobic modification. The structure of the layered supramolecular smoke material was characterized by XRD, SEM and FTIR, and the infrared interference property was also investigated. The experimental results showed that the layered supramolecular smoke material with particle size of 7~10μm can significantly reduce infrared radiation of 3~5μm and 8~14μm, and the attenuation rate is even more than 95%after formulation optimization. With the advantages of nonconductive, easy cleaning and environment-friendly, the layered supramolecular smoke material is expected to become a new generation of anti-infrared smoke material.
