文章从博弈论视角出发，对我国证券投资基金中存在的道德风险问题的成因进行分析，得出监管成本高、违规成本低、处罚力度不够、基金投资者监督缺位等是我国证券投资基金道德风险产生的重要原因，并据此提出对策与建议。

From the perspective of game theory, this paper analyzed the causes of moral hazard in China's securities investment fund and it showed that high regulatory costs, low compliance costs, inadequate punishment and absence of fund investors were the important causes leading to moral hazard. Therefore, this paper put forward some suggestions to prevent moral hazard in China's securities investment fund industry.
