该文使用普通天然骨料、经水洗再生骨料和未经水洗处理的再生骨料制备再生混凝土,分别测定其抗压强度、抗弯强度和弹性模量。试验结果表明,再生混凝土的抗弯强度在低水胶比时与一般混凝土有较大差距;但经由水洗过程,可改善再生骨料与水泥浆间的握裹情况,从而大幅提高其抗弯强度;同时,水灰比变化或使用不同再生骨材对混凝土弹性模量的影响并不明显。

This paper adopts the common natural aggregates,water washed recycled aggregates and unwashed recy-cled aggregates to prepare the recycled concrete,and then respectively measure its compressive strength,flexure strength and elasticity modulus.The test shows that there is greater difference in the flexure strength between the re-cycled concrete and common concrete.But the washing process can improve the bond situation between the recycled aggregates and cement paste and hence greatly improve the flexure strength value,the influence of the water cement ratio change or the different recycled aggregates on the modulus of elasticity of concrete is not so obvious.
