目的：观察护理干预对恩利联合甲氨蝶呤治疗强直性脊柱炎患者生活质量的影响。方法对117例应用恩利联合甲氨蝶呤治疗的强直性脊柱炎患者在入院时进行生活质量问卷调查,同时进行护理干预,在入院前、治疗后3个月及出院后半年评价恩利联合甲氨蝶呤治疗的临床疗效及不良反应,患者出院半年后再次进行生活质量调查。结果患者的Bath强直性脊柱炎疾病活动指数( Bath ankylosing spondylitis disease activity in-dex,BASDAI)、Bath强直性脊柱炎功能指数( Bath ankylosing spondylitis functional index,BASFI)、晨僵时间和夜间背痛VAS平均评分值及ESR、CRP实验室指标在治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义( P<0．05),并且护理干预后患者的生活质量明显高于干预前,差异有统计学意义( P<0．05)。结论恩利联合甲氨蝶呤治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效显著,护理干预后更有助于提高患者的生活质量及治疗效果。

Objective To observe the influence of nursing intervention on quality of life of patients treated with Enli combined with methotrexat underwent ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Methods We investigated the quality of life and carried out nursing intervention on 107 patients treated with Enli combined with Methotrexat. The therapeatic effect and adverse reaction of all the patients were assessed at the begining of the therapy,3 months after treatment and 6 months after being discharged respectively. Then the quality of life was investigated at 6 months after being dis-charged. Results After treatment, BASDAI, BASFI, morning stiffness time, VAS average score of night back pain, ESR and CRP of the patients were significantly improved (P<0. 05). Conclusion Enli combined with Methotrexate can provide substantial benefits to patients with AS,at the same time the effective nursing intervention can improve the life quality of patients with AS.
