目的：对住院患者胸腺法新的超说明书用药调查分析，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法随机抽查2014年1-6月我院使用胸腺法新的100例住院患者病历，对胸腺法新临床超说明书用药情况进行分析点评。结果胸腺法新存在明显的超说明书用药情况，主要表现为用药适应证、用法用量和配伍禁忌等不符(占抽样处方的69%)。结论应加强处方点评与反馈，对临床不合理的胸腺法新超说明书用药进行干预，促进合理用药。
목적：대주원환자흉선법신적초설명서용약조사분석，위림상합리용약제공삼고。방법수궤추사2014년1-6월아원사용흉선법신적100례주원환자병력，대흉선법신림상초설명서용약정황진행분석점평。결과흉선법신존재명현적초설명서용약정황，주요표현위용약괄응증、용법용량화배오금기등불부(점추양처방적69%)。결론응가강처방점평여반궤，대림상불합리적흉선법신초설명서용약진행간예，촉진합리용약。
Objective To investigate the off-label use of thymalfasin for inpatients in our hospital,and pro-mote reasonable application of thymalfasin. Methods A random sample of 100 medical records of hospitalized patients used thymalfasin in the first half of 2014 was examined,the off-label use of thymalfasin was analyzed and evaluated. Results The incidence of off-label use of thymalfasin in our hospital was 69%,and the off-label use mainly occurred in the indication, administration and contraindications. Conclusion Prescription comments and feedback should be strengthened,and the irrational off-label use should be effectively intervented,to promote rational use of thymalfasin.
