为研究温压炸药等体积装药条件下铝氧摩尔比和氧化剂种类对其爆炸冲击波参数的影响,在密闭爆炸罐中进行内爆试验。试验中保持温压炸药的主体炸药中RDX与氧化剂配比为2∶1,改变温压炸药中铝粉含量及氧化剂种类,压制成相对密度为95%的等体积药柱。试验结果表明:当温压炸药的铝氧摩尔比在0.6左右时炸药的爆炸冲击波峰值超压、冲量和正压作用时间有最大值;温压炸药中氧化剂用KP取代AP后,冲击波峰值超压和冲量数值略有降低,正压作用时间缩短。
為研究溫壓炸藥等體積裝藥條件下鋁氧摩爾比和氧化劑種類對其爆炸遲擊波參數的影響,在密閉爆炸罐中進行內爆試驗。試驗中保持溫壓炸藥的主體炸藥中RDX與氧化劑配比為2∶1,改變溫壓炸藥中鋁粉含量及氧化劑種類,壓製成相對密度為95%的等體積藥柱。試驗結果錶明:噹溫壓炸藥的鋁氧摩爾比在0.6左右時炸藥的爆炸遲擊波峰值超壓、遲量和正壓作用時間有最大值;溫壓炸藥中氧化劑用KP取代AP後,遲擊波峰值超壓和遲量數值略有降低,正壓作用時間縮短。

The influence of Al/O mole ratio and species of oxidants on the shock wave parameters of thermobaric explosive in equal volume was studied. The explosion experiments were performed in a closed explosion chamber. In the experiments, the ratio between RDX and oxidant was invariant and always 2:1, the content of aluminum and the species of oxidant were different, and the relative density of explosive charge was 95%. The results showed that the overpressure, impulse and positive phase time of shock wave reached the maximum value when the Al/O mole ratio was about 0.6. The overpressure and impulse of thermobaric explosive using KP as oxidant was slightly lower than those of using AP as oxidant, and the positive phase time was shorten.
