慢性肾脏病（ CKD）发病率逐年增加，但目前治疗并未取得良好效果。维生素 D 缺乏在CKD中普遍存在，活性维生素D在CKD进展及治疗中发挥重要作用。活性维生素 D除了通过调节钙、磷代谢的经典作用外，还可通过多种途径发挥肾脏保护作用，延缓 CKD 进展。通过研究活性维生素D与CKD的关系，可为现阶段 CKD 患者在临床上合理使用活性维生素 D 提供可靠依据，为CKD的治疗增加新途径，从而减少终末期肾脏病患者的数量。

The incidence of chronic kidney disease(CKD) has been increasing year by year,but current treatment has not achieved satisfactory results.Vitamin D deficiency is commonly existed in CKD .Active vita-min D plays an important role in the progression and treatment of CKD .Studies have found that besides regu-lating the classic activities of calcium and phosphorus metabolism , active vitamin D also plays a protective role in the kidney through a variety of ways to slow down the progression of CKD .Study on the relationship between active vitamin D and chronic kidney disease can provide a reliable basis for the rational use of active vitamin D in clinical CKD patients,so as to reduce the number of patients with end-stage renal disease.
